Companies purchase talent as they purchase other services . In large companies there are different departments working throughout the company , e.g. if a company wants to buy some thing defiantly they will process a purchase cycle with in a company to purchase specific things or needs . So for that first they will determine like what are the needs of above mentioned purchase ? and then they will move towards a final decision .

When purchasing services, a company goes through the following steps:

• Finding a problem that requires a solution
• Recording the specifics of the problem
• Determining that a service would solve the problem
• Developing a set of criteria and a process to evaluate available services
• Sending out a Request for Proposals (RFP) to service providers
• Evaluating and scoring the proposals
• Selecting a set of service providers as finalists
• Inviting the finalists to make face-to-face presentations
• Selecting one provider to offer a contract
• Negotiating the contract
• Signing the contract and receiving services
