 Respond to customer and distributor inquiries, service requests and complaints in line.
 Ensure policy administration is undertaken in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements
 Proactively manage key client and distributor contact (phone, email, post).
 Deliver added value services such as improved continuity of service and customer retention
 Complete policy, customer and distributor related alterations accurately.
