Facilities Administrator & Executive Driver 
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator & Executive Driver to join our team in Dubai Media City.
This is a dual purpose role to provide support to the HSE Supervisor, as part of our H&S Team, whilst also providing dedicated VIP driving support to our MD and other VIP’s.
This is a varied and challenging role, where you will be expected to assist with the upkeep of the health and safety requirements of the office, whilst also carrying out driving responsibilities.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with the enforcement, monitoring and development of Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Providing dedicated VIP driving support to the MD and other VIP’s
• Obtaining and negotiating quotes from contractors, as and when required
• Supporting with the management of the company vehicle fleet
• Carrying out building inspections, to maintain our outstanding office environment
• Managing and operating the company CCTV & access management systems, to maintain a safe and secure building
The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task and be capable of working under pressure. You will have previous experience as a driver, with an exceptional knowledge of Dubai roads and a clean driving licence. You will possess excellent customer service skills and be computer literate. You will also have a professional attitude and appearance, with great communication skills.
