Description:

Member Service
• Field phone calls and in-person answer questions regarding the nursery, including our offers, facilities and policies sales.
• Work with members both in-person and on the phone to register them for classes & memberships.
• Offer facility tours to members, guests, and visitors.
• Give information about various facilities at the nursery and register them for the classes
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Reception
• Check in members as they enter the facility.
• Enter all adults, medical and emergency contact information into Customer Relations Manager (CRM) and issue membership cards.
• Check in all visitors.

Administrative Responsibilities
• Perform various daily tasks, such as compiling mailings, maintaining attendance sheets, entering medical forms, overseeing the daily delivery log, emailing team members, and more.
• Monitor teacher check in and emergency substitutes.
• Assist in team projects related to all facets of business operation.
