The Role

Reporting to the global VP- Global Demand and Supply- SCM, you will be part of the global Supply Chain Management team and you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking pre-planning prior to new production being released and undertaking product detail cost analysis
- Monitoring standard cost versus actual and variance analysis
- Conducting and providing analytical support to business units and produce presentations to convey key messages and recommendations from plans/ forecasts
- Evaluating and reporting performance and preparing annual plans and quarterly forecasts
- Managing the delivery of the rolling 40-month demand plan in the Borouge planning process
- Managing and challenging Business Unit assumptions that form the demand plan and to drive results of process KPIs
- Coordinating short, medium and long term forecasts to ensure continuity in planning
- Assuming an active role in plant supply crisis teams and co-producer deal activities
- Working closely with Wire & Cable Market/Industry.
- Coordinate the links between marketing, sales, distribution and supply on integrated business management

Requirements

- Degree in business/economics/commercial environment or equivalent.
- At least 10 years in Supply Chain Management with 4-5 years in a managerial role.
- In depth knowledge of demand management, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of the order to cash process and concepts, commercial and logistics offerings and service level guidelines.
- Familiar with Sales and Operational Planning processes.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in petrochemical industry is preferred.
