Job Description
Our global rail client is looking for a HR
Manager who will manage all recruitment and employee development
activities including and not limited to manpower planning, training,
career development and performance management for all company's
employees and ensure the provision of quality HR support.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Manage and coordinate all HR functions and resources and ensure all functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
* Delegate and monitor functions, goals, objectives and programs of the HR section
* Prepare reports on the overall performance of the HR Section
* Review and evaluate the work of staff under his/her supervision; ensure that HR programs are of appropriate quality; ensure that resources are used effectively and that all activities comply with policies and procedures
* Ensure the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to the HR Section functions
* Perform performance appraisals for the team within the HR Section according to the Performance Appraisal Process.
* Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs
* Ensure that policies and procedures for various functions within the section are documented and adhered to
* Ensure that all the technology needs of the company as a whole are identified to ensure that processes are performed efficiently and cost effectively
Requirements
* Minimum of 10 - 12 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management in a rail/construction organisation.
* Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent
* Preferably Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent
* Arabic speaker
