Job Description
a) Responsible to the General Manager
b) Ensure that progress of works at various Contracts are at maximum efficiency
c) Responsible to provide written reports and documentation on a regular basis, as required by the General Manager, on the physical progress and financial status of the works
d) Responsible for the planning of resources required to complete the project from Factory to Site according to programmes ensuring that Site Personnel are adequately experienced and properly trained to carryout designated duties and responsibilities
e) Responsible for day to day management of the Factory,Project, both onsite and off site through delegation of duties in accordance with the Organisation Chart and for the effective implementation of the Project Management System and agreed QMS Inspection and Test Plan
f) Responsible for liaison with the Head Office for the purpose of support services and procurement of resources
g) Responsible to develop and maintain good working and social relationship with the Client, Consultant and Government & Utilities Department Officials to ensure the smooth running of the Project
h) Ensure that all Site Personnel are conversant with the requirements of the QMS and HSE Plans
I) Ensure and responsible for all project commercials including Valuations to client, certifications to sub contractors and suppliers etc.
