Job Description
• Inspecting incoming materials and consumables.
• Dimensional inspection of fit up item.
• Visual inspection of welding, cleaning and fabrication completion.
• Blasting and cleaning inspection.
• Visual painting inspection as well as the dry film thickness of the painted items.
• Finalize release inspection.
• Documentation of related QC activities and preparation of reports such as ITP, MST, EST.
• Coordinating and documenting welder qualification and calibration related activities.
• Preparing and documenting for annual ISO audit and related activities.
• Coordinate with clients for the quality and related aspects.
• Planning for total project quality.
