Quality EngineerJob Description

· Develop and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System in line with the group guidelines.
· Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, procedures, etc.
· Facilitate the implementation of quality policies and procedures throughout the functional departments.
· Continuously improve the Quality Management System.
· Ensure timely resolution of corrective and preventive actions.
· Review supplier’s performance and conduct audits whenever needed.
· Prepare and deliver the required quality reports.
· Train staff and develop quality awareness.
· Conduct internal quality audits to ensure process compliance.
· Ensure capitalization of gained knowledge through the management system.
· Promote methodological tools application and provide projects teams with relevant support.
· Follow up on projects quality issues and participate in risk management analysis.
· Handle quality interface with the customer or his representative; attend customer’s and third party audits when needed.
· Ensure efficient treatment of the nonconformities.
· Ensure conforming products / services release.
