About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen in Corporate Administration as a Butler - Jumeirah Group & Corporate for a highly motivated and hard working individual. The main purpose of this position is to serve and assisting guest/executives, to ensure at all times that all Food and Beverage requirements are met and to demonstrate a high & consistent level of organization & management. 
Your key duties will include:
  • Bears a full & comprehensive knowledge of the entire office.
  • Continual source of help, assistance & information to all colleagues working at the corporate office.
  • Maintains a high level of communication & feedback within the team members.
  • Identifies & anticipate the department needs.
  • Is continually proactive with in all areas of operation.
  • Reports for duty punctually and adheres at all times to the Grooming & Uniform Standards.
  • Adheres and practices Health & Safety policies.
  • Bears fully understanding & knowledgeable of all services, amenities, functions & systems.(coffee machine, copier, shredder etc)
  • Is responsible for the Butler Pantry on any assigned Floor.  At all times ensuring that the Pantry is correctly stocked & maintained according to the set standards.
  • Arranges Food and Beverages.
  • Coordinates Laundry and feeding the pantry.
  • Reports any maintenance requirement according to standard procedures.
  • Delivers Newspaper & Magazine to all offices.
  • Provides Tea, Coffee and Beverage service to all the chief officers and executives. Private Dining order taking as required.
  • Performs and assist in other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
  • Assists the Personal Assistants with their photocopying, lamination, spiral binding jobs when necessary.
  • Assist in covering up for the reception when needed.
About You:
In order to be considered for this role you must have a college or university course work in any curriculum. You must have experience in the stated field and dealing with colleagues/guests in a friendly approachable manner. You must have oral and written communication in the English Language. You will be computer literate and it will be desired if you have additional language preferably Arabic. You need to have the ability to select and develop appropriate criteria methods and procedures to be utilized and suggest improvement. You will be a team player and fixable in the same time.
