Responsibilities :
TASKS AND DUTIES:-

-Figure time cards weekly, set up new cards.
-Maintain employee personnel files.
-Record daily sales and sales tax payables.
-Pending purchase orders on all orders placed and Purchase orders: enter in computer, secure PO number, call in orders.
-Answer phone, take messages, and Assist in radio communications.
-Maintain customer and vendor files on MYOB system.
-Review sales discrepancies with driver in following A.M. before driver departs on route. Document each situation appropriately in personnel file.

Some of the job responsibilities are as follows:-

- Supervise office staff.
- Maintain office records.
- Maintain office efficiency.
