Customer loyalty & reward program management, retention & attrition management, ANR & spend enhancement, financial modeling and portfolio performance analysis, revenue enhancement and profitability management, Competitor Analysis across all card products.
Education and work experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance ( preferred).
- Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products
- Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the card portfolio to identify profitable products and segments
- Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all Card products
- Manage retention and develop proactive and reactive retention /win back programs
- Develop the outbound telemarketing strategy to implement Balance transfer, Cash Loan and Installment payment services across the customer segments.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis , listening sessions and on site meetings to identify and implement changes needed to improve effectiveness of the channel
- Overseas training of telemarketing team, development of processes and scripts to drive efficiency of the channel
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee revenues, in partnership with centers of excellence
- Work in a team with shared responsibilities and work within given deadlines.
- Develop business tracking reports across channels including sales and customer segments to achieve business targets
- Diverse marketing and financial modeling experience in the retail business/credit cards
- Understanding of the revenue and credit risk models to identify right target segment and profitability.
- Numbers oriented and familiar with data modeling tools, forecasting of portfolio indicators and product analysis to capitalize on opportunities
- Excellent communication and team building skills to manage a diverse growing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required implementing and coordinate new spends programs, product revamps and other promotions, obtaining internal cross-functional support.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills and result oriented
- Advanced Excel skills, and familiar with digital and social media marketing concepts
- Project management skills.
