Urgently Required :
Senior Instructor – Vocational Courses
Manages a team of Instructors / Trainers of:
1. Training Manager – HE & HV
2. Trainers – HE & HV
3. Trainers – Sand Blasting and Painting.
4. Trainers – Scaffolding
5. Trainers – Rigging
6. Trainers – Welding
Senior Instructor – VC is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Vocational Training programs and the Training team. He will also act as a back-up Lead Internal Verifier for all programs.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
 Manage the development and completion of all training programs, course materials (theoretical and practical), and assessments to satisfy the client and any Awarding
Body requirements.
 Ensure that the vehicles, equipments and the workshops, training area are all suitable and adequate in number to complement the training and assessment
 Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable redundant vehicles and equipments from Operating Companies for training purposes
 Ensure the NVQ Coordinator gains accreditation of all programs delivered at the centre and in the workplace by the appropriate Awarding/Accrediting body
 Ensure the NVQ Coordinator implements a suitable IV and Quality Assurance system to meet Awarding Body requirements and ensure that the quality of all the
programs is maintained
 Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure Quality Control is managed professionally and effectively
 Work closely with the centre Quality Assurance Manager to develop systems and programs that meet his approval
 Effectively manage, and assist in the recruitment of a team of Senior Instructors, Instructors and Technicians of the required qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience to deliver and assess the programs, including a Saudisation framework
 Develop and manage teaching and assessment schedules in line with the approved curriculum
 Provide the Manager – IVT Training reports as required
 Perform Instructor teaching observations
 Coach, train and discipline staff when required
 Conduct staff appraisals as and when directed
 Partake actively in meetings with the client and Service Company’s in the Kingdom to develop courses suited to their needs
JOB DESCRIPTION
 Compile weekly and monthly reports as required
 Uphold the TQ Quality Policy
 Any other duties as reasonably required by TQ Management

MINIMUM / DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE EREQUIRED
 Diploma in the related field
