We are looking for a new Maintenance & Housekeeping Associate for our Co-working and Office Space. Applicants have to motivated, honest, reliable and willing to work in a collaborative, pleasant team. Starting salary would be approx. 5'000 AED. Job tasks: Daily Housekeeping of the Space and 2 staff washrooms, Maintenance, Cleanliness, Functionality, and Security of the Co-working and Office Space Technical maintenance and security at the Co-working and Office Space Logistics and Storage Restock, Purchasing of goods Distribution and delivery of Material within Dubai Assisting Admin Manager with collections and admin tasks Responsible for Audio/Visual (AV) during events Assistance and Security during rent outs Important assets: - Honest - Positive attitude - Interest to learn new things and develop skills - Happy to collaborate in the team We need someone per 14th December 2016. Full-time. Candidates should have a valid UAE driving license and ideally their own car. Person should be flexible to assist with events outside normal working hours.
