Job Description
Assist the Buying team in the authentication of Ready To Wear and in building authentication guides per brands and styles .
• Review all incoming items according to set guidelines to determine authenticity
• Inspect conditions, measure and tag items
• Assist the buying team in handling client requests about authentication
• Constantly refresh database for authentication per brands
• Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including photography, web content and customer service

Skills
-At least 3 years experience in Sales or Manufacturing of high end clothing
-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
-Attention to detail
-Multi-tasking skills
-Pro-active service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach
-Ability to work under pressure
-MS Office expertise: Word and Excel
-Extremely reliable and trustworthy
