Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all of the logistical aspects of transporting
materials or parcels, including scheduling, routing, tracking, client
communications.

Handle export
and import of air shipment.
Liaise with
customer on booking of shipment.
Handle all
shipping documents.
Liaise with logistic
department on collection and delivery of shipment

Negotiate and arrange transport of goods with freight forwarder companies.

Determine method of shipment and prepare Air waybills, invoices,
and other documents.

Ensure
that correct export documentation is produced to satisfy safety and customs. Cargo Assistant
