Brief Description

PAL Retail prepares those university graduates who wish to pursue a career in Retail at Emirates NBD for managerial positions through classroom and on-the-job training (OJT). The outcome of this will be a heightened knowledge of banking products and process as well as the wisdom to find solutions best suited to customer needs.

banking operations, products, and customer needs

Confidence to deal with different types of customers

Learning specific banking terminology used in important communications like meetings, reading balance sheets, etc.

Job Requirements

Max 30 year old

Graduate in Bachelor degree related to Retail/Finance/accounts
