Job Description
• 4 to 6 years’ experience as Cost Controller.
• Experience with huge main contractors in the Gulf Region.
• Should have Civil Engineering Degree.
• Should have extensive knowledge in cost controller software.
• Excellent command of MS. Office applications.
• Strong written and spoken English (Arabic will be an advantage)

Desired Candidate Profile
• Control of costs for engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Identification of trends affecting forecast cost at completion.
• Liaison with subcontractors and vendors and management of third party costs.
• Liaison with procurement, finance planning and management to accurately forecast costs.
• Preparation of reporting including VOWD calculation.
• Preparation of invoicing.
• Preparing & maintaining - accurate schedules, compliant estimates, budget for project, issue & maintain project cost and work-hour reports.
• Controls project’s budget & variations.
• Monitors progress for the purpose of payment certificates preparation, records running costs, compares to budget Project cost control and accounting, forecasts and report to management
