The Role
- Develop & execute a strategic business plan for the growth of business– across wholesale, corporate, Government and group segments
- Ensure achievement of annual financial targets for business.
- Ensure the dedicated Sales team achieve its budgeted goals and individual performance targets.
- Build, maintain and measure commercial relationships with key partners within designated geographic and market segments.
- Ensure all business development activities are fully aligned with my client\'s brand standards.
The Person
- At least five years in a Sales Director role within the hospitality
& hotel management segment, preferably with pre-opening experience.
- 5* hotel sales management experience is a MUST
- Knowledge of our key markets essential UK, Russia & CIS, Europe and GCC.
- Proven experience in strategic thinking and drawing up strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Proven experience in leading a team of sales & marketing professionals.
