Job Description
A recruitment company in Dubai is in urgent need of Office Manager. Male
or Female. Indian or Filipino Nationality. Preferably with experience
in Recruitment both for Local and Overseas. Must have previous
experience in communicating and coordinating and documentation procedure
with different agents from India, Philippines, Pakistan, Nepal , Sri
Lanka, etc. Acts as a single point of contact for prospective Clients,
regarding recruitment topics. Updates and monitors all pending and
existing requiremnets both for local and overseas. E-mail blasting or
sending fillers for potential Clients to help the business grow.
Organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the
smooth running of an office. Delegating work to staff and managing their
workload and output; The manager manages and leads the recruitment
process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters. Responsible for
the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of
recruitment innovations. The manager solves all issue evolving during
hiring job vacancies and takes all managerial decisions. Designs,
develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
(including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular
measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) Client
Handling, Executive Hiring, Skilled & Unskilled Hiring, Recruitment
Contract, Team Management. Explores the market best practices in the
recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the
organization. Builds a quality relationship with the Clients, external
recruitment agencies and potential Candidates. Experienced in
Volume/Mass Hiring. Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels,
Junior Level to Senior Level. Possess excellent communications and
interpersonal skills. Conducting initial interviews, maintain management
information systems. Experienced in Volume/Mass Hiring. Proficient in
