Job Description
Assist and liaise with Hiring / Line Mangers regarding the completion of administrative recruitment processes.
Documenting /Filling the list of candidates interviewed, rejected & in pipeline.
Assist candidates with the application processes and questions.
Respond to queries in person, by phone and email to various recruitment agencies.
Manage and collate job applications and responses to all applicants within a timely manner.
Screening and short listing candidates for interviews for junior roles.
Arrange interviews, to be conducted in person, via phone or internet.
Issuing offer letters to candidates and coordination for visa process.
Maintain the Recruitment Status Report including offer letter issued & visa status.
Attend meetings as required to provide updates on recruitment progress and determine needs.
Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards and processes.
Coordinate with PR team for visa & medical process.
Coordinate with travel department for hotel and ticket booking for new joiners.
Perform other related administrative and reasonable duties as instructed.
Keep candidates informed of the progress, next steps and provide timely feedback on their application.
Communicate with and update Managers throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Answer enquiries from employees regarding employment opportunities.
Liaise with HR Business Partner & HR Executive on new employee information.
