Function: Executive Office
Closing Date: 31 January 2016
Location: Dubai, U.A.E.

Main Duties:

    Manage and ensure timely arrangement of all meetings. Communicates locations, coordinates time with listed attendees and arranges logistics as needed with internal colleagues & external parties
    Take minutes in the staff meetings, record them in the template, get it reviewed by the chair and circulate them post meetings
    Coordinates travel arrangements with DNATA, inclusive of air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements and claims etc for divisional team.
    Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management, recording and retrieval of records and information.
    Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
    Composes drafts and completes correspondence from oral and/or written instruction
    Put together confidential documents using MS Office
    Provide full admin support to the divisional team
    Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
    Any other task assigned by the CPOO from time to time
    Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

Are You a Star?

In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:

Essential:

    UAE National
    College Graduate
    3-5 years’ experience in administration and coordination
    Good command on MS Office
    Good organizational skills with accuracy ad attention to details.
    Ability to multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines with good time management skills.
    Have good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
