Head of Facilities Management (UAE National)

Job Description

Our client is a semi-government based in Abu Dhabi and they are currently looking to fill the role for HEAD OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT to join their team.

JOB SUMMARY;
-Responsible for leading the Facility Management (FM) Department of the COMPANY including Technical Services, General Services, HSE and Construction Projects.
-Includes overseeing an integrated programme of construction and defect rectification projects, extensive refurbishment and maintenance programmes, supporting and servicing a broad range of events and commercial activities.

Skills

-Bachelor’s degree preferably Engineering, Facilities Management or Business Management.
Minimum 10 years Facility Management experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably within the events / leisure industry.
-Proven large-scale Project Management experience.
-Extensive budgetary development and cost control experience.
