Manager – Digital Channel

Main Duties:
Work closely with the product and sales teams to develop and manage marketing campaigns for new and existing products. Collaborate with marketing managers, inside sales reps and executive teams to ensure a steady flow of content creation that supports current and future marketing strategies across key platforms (website, search, video, social, mobile, etc.)
Research/develop ideas and create/edit or original content including but not limited to: website and blog content, guest blogging, social media posts, articles, email campaigns, press releases, video scripts and infographics.
Stay informed of current trending topics, new developments in technology and industry best practices.
Analyse digital campaign/competition activity, mine data, draw logical conclusions and present the findings (% sends, % open rate, redemptions, deactivations, clicks, likes, comments, impressions, conversions, etc.)
Determine the optimal approach/messaging/content to reach our target market.
Review competitor’s marketing content to ensure a differentiated positioning.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on content usage and recommend areas for improvement to increase message effectiveness.
Campaign plan development and execution (content marketing, automated email campaigns, promotions)
Lead generation
Website content creation, execution and management
CRM, CMS and Marketing Automation experience a plus (Microsoft Dynamics, Kentico and Act-On, for example)
Content editing and production
Manage website maintenance and related activities
Database segmentation
Monthly reporting ( e-mail, SMS)
Scheduling communications.
CRM management and support
Weekly and monthly department reports
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team
Are You a Star?
In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field
3-4 years of experience in B2C and B2B content marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications, or other creative communications capacity
Experience in marketing technology solutions
Experience in theme park and hospitality industries preferred
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, top CMS platforms (i.e. Drupal), Google products (Ad Words, Analytics, Webmaster tools)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based email management tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
Superior time management, prioritization and communication skills
Desirable:
Experience in software, advertising, or ad technology sales organizations
Strategic planning experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience creating, managing and optimizing both PPC and SEO for websites of various sizes (one with at least 10K visitors per month)
