Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the first contact with the client to ensure that efficient installation of all required gas systems is done to prepare the client for LPG supply and usage. He/she manages the team responsible for visiting, mapping, costing and installation of the needed equipment. He/she advises on appropriate actions to ensure minimum costs are incurred while maintaining highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. He/she is responsible to review, amend, and approve client offers, BOQs, installation maps, and other related client installation documentation. and assign the work of installation team and recommend Sales offers in collaboration with the GM. staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions a work environment that minimizes turnover and maximizes retention within the Sales & Installations. the daily activities of Sales & Installations and ensure that all policies and procedures are abided by. and evaluate the performance of his team against preset goals and be accountable for the results. regular meetings with subordinates to set priorities, review and motivate performance between the Sales and Installations and resolve any arising challenges and manage staff resources according to changing needs that the Sales & Installations team operates in a safe, legal and ethical manner , amend, and approve monthly Sales and Installations team payment health and safety practices , amend, and approve offers for clients with detailed BOQ, maps and other client specifications with Collection team on payment and credit collection weekly report for the progress of offers and project execution

Skills

•Good knowledge of international and local norms for network installation and calculations. •Experience in network execution requirements and applications •Very good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English. French literacy is a plus. •Previous engineering experience in large project management is a prerequisite •Exceptional organizational and time management skills •Demonstrated team building experience •Exceptional detail in follow-up •Ability to interact with staff and clients in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient •Safety qualifications and certifications is a plus
