Regional HR Manager - Dubai
An international Logistics firm is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Dubai on a permanent basis. With responsibility for employees across the Middle East and Egypt region, you will report to the Head of HR EMEA and your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a true generalist HR service to employees across the Middle East and Egypt;
• Drive the HR strategy from a regional perspective, ensuring that the global strategy is consistent across all countries;
• Dealing with HR, public relations and office administration;
• Dealing with day to day ER issues that arise as well as supporting on recruitment across the region;
• Advising on local legislation, making recommendations to policy development as appropriate;
• Leading on regional ad hoc projects as required.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a generalist HR background with experience of looking after the MEA region;
• Speak fluent Arabic and English;
• Have worked for a multinational organisation;
• Have broad HR operations experience and be comfortable dealing with public relations and office administration as well as all HR issues.
