Sales Manager - NE Africa - Construction Equipment

• $60000 - $80000 Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with a leading manufacturer of construction machinery. The company are well respected in the market and are a true multinational player, with offices worldwide. They are looking for a candidate with a strong commercial background to manage and develop their construction equipment line throughout North East Africa.
  
  Responsibilities:
  *Advise and support to the existing network of distributors and dealers, as well as developing of new partners and key accounts in the region;
  *Ensure the meeting of company targets for the territory, implement the sales strategies and work in close partnership with the dealership network;
  *Design and implement sales plans, marketing material and attend key trade shows;
  *Perform regular analysis of the market and key competitors;
  *Work closely with the dealers to formulate new strategies and monitor the achievement of their targets;
  *Secure and expand market share within the territory;
  *Provide technical and commercial support to the dealerships.
  
  Requirements:
  *A strong technical and commercial background working with construction equipment or related industries such as agricultural machinery/materials handling equipment .etc.;
  *Professional experience in field sales in the areas of technology, production and trade;
  *Fluent language skills in English; very advantageous to possess Arabic and French;
  *Knowledge of the construction equipment market and the competition's offerings;
  *Must have a mandatory willingness to travel up to 50-60+% around the territory;
  *Strong communication skills, sociability and a high degree of autonomy.
