About Jumeirah and the hotel:
Must be completed Secondary Education
Should have minimum of 2 years restaurant experience in a 5* hotel
Should have knowledge of Opera, Epicure and Micros
Well versed English communication and writing skills
Any additional language will be an asset
Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment

About the role
An
opportunity has arisen for a Sales Agent to join the team in Room
Service, the purpose of this role is to provide a courteous and
efficient service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner
consistent with our Hotel Standard.
Main Duties include:
- Greet all the guests with name and be of any assistance to the guests
- As per the guest Take down the food and beverage orders accurately and upsell items
- Inform guests about the duration of the time limit
- Take and write down the order properly and pass it on to the Team Leader or Managers on duty
- Raise and post bills in Micros or use Manual bills if Micros is not operational
- Call back the guest and check on satisfaction of the quality of the food and service
- Inform the Team Leader or Managers in case of any unsatisfied guest comments
