Oversees all architectural teams in project-in-charge;- Works closely with Team Leaders to highlight discrepancies in drawings or lacking areas to ensure smooth delivery of project;- Liaises with contractors and consultants on work site;- Reviews shop drawings, RFI, material samples, method statement, etc;- Liaises with design team on design, coordination issues;- Attends meetings with design team and coordinates with all disciplines involved in projects (e.g. architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping);- Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances;- Oversees and monitor progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;- Perform administrative role required by the respective form of contract.
